We are saddened by the news of Metropolis Cinema's closing, yet remain hopeful of its future activities.

"Whilst we will no longer hold any activities at the Sofil Cinemas, we will maintain our young audience programs throughout the country, as well as the cinematheque project and our regional training initiatives."
