Marion is a consultant, cultural manager, and facilitator in the documentary and NGO sectors. She believes in the need for structural change and seeks to create spaces where critical interaction is possible and people can come together.

Noémi Kahn works in cinema and audiovisual cooperation since 2011. After a first experience at the arthouse cinema Metropolis in Beirut, Lebanon, she moved to Egypt where she contributed setting up the Cimatheque arthouse cinema space and coordinated the cultural program of the French Institute in Cairo.

Frédéric Cornet has been working as Managing and Artistic Director Cinema Galeries in Brussels since 2016. Since 2017, he has developed the festival L'Heure d'hiver in Brussels which focuses on how cinema documents the changes in cities around the mediterranean sea

Alia Rayyan holds an MA degree in international politics, focusing on the Middle East, sociology, and history of art, from the University of Hamburg and School of Oriental and African Studies "SOAS" - University of London. She is a curator, journalist, educator, and culture manager and worked in Berlin, Beirut, Amman, and Ramallah for international cultural organizations.

Hai Anh Trieu, born 1991 in Munich, is a filmmaker and artist in Berlin.

Stefanie Schulte Strathaus is co-director of Arsenal - Institute for Film and Video Art (with Milena Gregor and Birgit Kohler) and, previously, head of the Berlinale section Forum Expanded (co-curated by Anselm Franke, Maha Maamoun and Uli Ziemons).

Fadi, a designer by trade, is the founder of Subtype Studio with a history of working in the fine art industry, as well as with non-latin typography, brand and visual identity, and cross cultural design.
