NAAS is Hiring aSocial Media & Content Creator

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative Social Media & Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage NAAS’s online presence. You will be responsible for executing communication and social media strategies, creating digital content (website, press releases/newsletters, social media posts), and maintaining relationships with media and stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with the Communication Manager and Project Manager to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Design: Create, design, and publish engaging content on social media that aligns with NAAS’s communication strategies.
- Social Media Trends & Analytics: Monitor trends, analyze data, and adjust content for optimal engagement.
- Audience Interaction: Respond to messages and comments, enhancing audience interaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Share and engage with relevant content from stakeholders outside the network.
- Collaboration: Work with the Communication Manager to ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in content creation, media relations, or public relations.
Skills: Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
Graphic Design & Video Editing: Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing tools.
Knowledge of Alternative Cinema: Strong familiarity with the alternative cinema cultural landscape.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required (French is a plus).

We offer: 
- Part-time position with a daily rate of 160€ net + applicable VAT (2.5 days/week) in a flexible working environment.
- One-year freelance contract, with the possibility of extension.
- Salary commensurate with professional experience.
- Small-size international team and office in Wedding.

نظرة عامة على الوظيفة
نبحث عن مسؤول/ة إبداعي/ة في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وصناعة المحتوى لتطوير محتوى وإدارة الحضور الرقمي لشبكة ناس. سيكون المرشح/ة مسؤول/ة عن تنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصال ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وإنشاء محتوى رقمي (الموقع الإلكتروني، البيانات الصحفية/النشرات الإخبارية، منشورات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي)، والحفاظ على العلاقات مع وسائل الإعلام وأصحاب المصلحة. يتطلب هذا الدور تعاونًا وثيقًا مع مدير/ة الاتصال ومدير/ة المشاريع لضمان اتساق الرسائل عبر جميع القنوات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

إنشاء وتصميم المحتوى: إنشاء وتصميم ونشر محتوى على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي يتماشى مع استراتيجيات الاتصال الخاصة بناس.

اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتحليل: متابعة اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتحليل البيانات لضبط المحتوى وتحقيق أفضل تفاعل.

التفاعل مع الجمهور: التفاعل مع الجمهور من خلال الرد على الرسائل والتعليقات.

مشاركة المحتوى والتفاعل: مشاركة والتفاعل مع محتوى الجهات الفاعلة ذات الصلة خارج الشبكة.

التعاون: التعاون مع مدير/ة الاتصال لضمان اتساق الرسائل الإعلامية عبر جميع المنصات.

المؤهلات والخبرة

التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الجرافيكي، الاتصال، الإعلام، العلاقات العامة، الصحافة، أو مجال ذي صلة.

الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صناعة المحتوى، العلاقات الإعلامية، أو العلاقات العامة.

المهارات: مهارات قوية في الكتابة والتحرير.
المعرفة التقنية: إتقان منصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، أنظمة إدارة المحتوى، وأدوات التسويق الرقمي.

التصميم الجرافيكي وتحرير الفيديو: خبرة في Canva، Adobe Suite، وأدوات تحرير الفيديو.

المعرفة بالسينما البديلة: معرفة جيدة بمشهد السينما البديلة الثقافي.

اللغات: إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (إجادة الفرنسية ميزة إضافية).

نقدم

وظيفة بدوام جزئي، معدل الآجر اليومي ١٦٠ يورو، بالإضافة إلى ضريبة القيمة المضافة المطبقة، (يومين ونصف في الأسبوع)، ضمن بيئة عمل مرنة.   

عقد عمل حر لمدة سنة مع إمكانية التمديد.
